Six By Seven were “my band” while I was at school and university. I found the Things We Make in Selectadisc and took a punt because I liked the cover. I’m now almost forty, and have a kid myself, and I’m still listening to Six By Seven records! Hope you recognise how important your music has been over

Someday is a strikingly different and deceptively simple sounding 6x7 song compared to what else Chris has been putting out lately. The fierce drone of The Ballad of Neil Young (pts 1 and 2 in particular) is really quite amazing.
